Not long ago I had someone contact me looking for a beachfront property. They said that for many years they enjoyed their summers at Crescent Beach. They did not want the upkeep of a beachfront home so they were considering oceanfront condos. They were looking for a more private, upscale condo on the ocean. The city where they lived was only about an hour away and they wanted a beach house to slip away to. We looked at several condos at Crescent Beach and finally settled on Atlantic East . One thing they liked about Atlantic East condo is that Atlantic East limits their rentals to a six month minimum. You don't see many people and most of the people you see are owners.
